CONTRARY TO WHAT YOU SEE IN THE MEDIA, WE ARE ALL NOT SUPPOSED TO LOOK THE SAME. BODIES ARE SUPPOSED TO COME IN DIFFERENT SHAPES AND SIZES.

“CONTRARY TO WHAT YOU SEE IN THE MEDIA, WE ARE ALL NOT SUPPOSED TO LOOK THE SAME. BODIES ARE SUPPOSED TO COME IN DIFFERENT SHAPES AND SIZES.”

We need to stop wanting to look like someone else and embrace our own beautiful bodies today. Meaning:
Not when we lose those 10lbs we put on over the year.
Not when we fit back into the jeans worn back in high school (unrealistic anyway–bodies change over time!).
Not when we get back to our pre-pregnancy weight after having a child.

❤️❤️TODAY❤️❤️
We all are different in the world. We are all made up of different genes, have different upbringings, face different life challenges, etc.

I’m by no means saying that we shouldn’t take care of ourselves and make changes to improve our health and lives in any way possible…BUT, we can do that while still LOVING and EMBRACING our bodies for where we are today. NOW.

👉🏻👉🏻When you speak badly to or about yourself, are in constant negativity and self-hatred, that creates STRESS on your body which will NEGATIVELY impact how you digest, assimilate and metabolize food. So, in reality it is causing you to either gain weight or hold onto weight–working against your goals of maintaining or losing!

So go look in the mirror now and tell yourself 5 things you love about your body and yourself! Oh, and mean it!
I’ll go first below! Let’s start filling up the comments – I can’t wait to hear from you!!

Yes, I did Dirty 30 this morning to begin my day! No matter how many times I do this workout I feel improvements made. That is because exercises/moves can always be made harder and progressed to keep you progressing–using heavier weights, holding a move longer, using a slightly different technique, etc. So no workout can ever get too easy!
