Officially a Certified Eating Psychology Coach!


I’m now a Certified Eating Psychology and Mind Body Nutrition Coach from the Institute for the Psychology of Eating!! Certification in hand

I’m so excited for this because it is the final piece I needed to truly start my dream coaching business and really help the group of individuals I was placed on this earth to help. Don’t be fooled—I have other certifications coming in the future (nerd alert—student for LIFE)…but for now…

So you may ask: What the heck do I do with this mysterious certification you ask?!
I was professionally trained to work with people who have challenges around weight, over eating, binge eating, body image, chronic dieting, nutrition/macronutrient balance and a number of health concerns such as digestion, fatigue, energy, mood issues, and more. I am trained in a highly unique, new, upcoming and results oriented approach to eating issues. It’s a Holistic approach that integrates nutrition with psychology! It is mind blowing 💥

I tell you this because I know it is the holiday season 🎁🎄—I know it is stressful, full of treats and parties, with very little to no extra time available, and more….BUT YOU CAN RELAX this year 💆🏻‍♀️

Instead of draining your cup, worrying about the treats  or fitting into your clothes , stressing over social events, emotional and/or over-eating, and ending the year feeling tired, run down, and defeated…HOW ABOUT TRYING something totally DIFFERENT & changing the outcome?!🤷🏻‍♀️
