We are taught our whole lives that our bodies are “projects,” and are what give us our self worth. This is simply NOT true. Our LIVES are our projects. Our passions, values, relationships, careers, ideas, family, friends, pets…These are the things that truly make us beautiful and matter in life. My aim is to be a beautiful person (and no this has nothing to do with what I look like).
I have big dreams in my future to help as many girls/women as a I can find freedom around food, body and fitness, break free from ED behaviors or ED’s in general, and to help anyone reach their optimal level of health and happiness through my coaching and business (which I hope to grow in the future into more). I want to give back in an even bigger way. So for you, work to be a beautiful soul and try to focus less on the appearance of your body.

Day 21–Dynamic strength and 5 min abs . I LOVE when I can feel progress being made! These balance moves are getting easier and my pushups are getting better!!! Stronger everyday they say and it is true! This program is one of my faves no doubt!
