Through my own life experience and working with clients, I can easily state that diets and food rules are extremely seductive, alluring…and maybe even a little addictive in the sense that people keep going back for more when they know how futile it is. The feelings of “control” and the promised results are so hard to say no to, but in the end you feel powerless and discouraged.

We all want to feel well, but please know there are ways to support yourself with food (among other things) that don’t create distrust, restriction, fear and judgment.

Letting go of diets, food rules and restrictive meal plans does NOT ignore health, it’s actually a MORE effective way to get there! Yes, believe it! Especially considering health to be physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual… because it is ALL interconnected.

Day 23–MMA Plyo is done! Second time and I was able to better master the moves which let me feel even more empowered! I love that this program not only works my whole body–especially core–, but it also works my brain alot! Double whammy and WIN! Oh, and it leaves me with a glistening face…of sweat  All in 40 short, sweet minutes from my living room w/ Bella cheering me on!
